What Is Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)?
Marisa Peer created an award winning therapeutic method called Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). By bringing together hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), it is designed to assist you to disengage you from limiting beliefs that are deeply ingrained.
Rapid Transformational Therapy takes a different route than traditional talk therapy, directly getting right to the root cause of your challenges because that’s where your subconscious mind is, where past experiences and emotions are stored. This allows us to unlock powerful breakthroughs — fast.
How I Use RTT to Help You
1. Discovery & Understanding
We start with a warm, open conversation where you get to share your intentions and goals with what you want to achieve.
2. Guided Hypnosis
I’ll take you into a deep relaxed place where your mind opens up and is more receptive. As we navigate through past memories and emotions experienced when facing your current challenges, you will remain completely aware and in control.
3. Root Cause Rewiring
We will work together to find out and to understand what the root cause of your struggles is. Many of these patterns come from beliefs formed in early life — even if you’re not consciously aware of them.
4. Positive Transformation
Once I’ve determined what’s got you stuck, I’ll lead you through a powerful reframing process so that destructive hidden beliefs become constructive affidavits of power.
5. Personalised Support Recording
Following your session, I will create an individualised audio recording of your new way of thinking to reinforce the new beliefs already installed. Solidifying long term transformation comes from listening to this some days after.

What does it cost?
1) A Standard RTT session is $400. This includes,

*A package of 3 Standard RTT sessions is available for $1,000 upon request.
2) A Starter RTT Package is $600. This includes,
- One RTT session (75 – 90 mins)

- One follow-up session (45 mins)

Are online sessions as effective as face-to-face?
Yes absolutely! In most cases, online sessions can be even more effective as clients are able to relax better in the comfort of their own home. There is no need to travel or worry about getting to and from appointments.

In-session Consultation: The session begins with a short consultation to understand your issues and goals.

Relaxation and Induction: Hypnosis begins with me helping you relax and enter a trance-like state. This state of deep relaxation is key to bypassing the critical, analytical part of the conscious mind, making the subconscious more receptive to positive suggestions and healing.

Accessing the Subconscious Mind: Once in this relaxed state, I can work with your subconscious mind. This is where negative beliefs, fears, and limiting thoughts are often rooted. By bringing these to the surface, I help you identify and understand the origin of these issues.

Rewiring Negative Beliefs: Next, we “reprogram” the subconscious. We do this using various therapeutic techniques, while introducing new, empowering beliefs. The goal is to replace old, limiting beliefs with new, positive ones that support your goals and well-being.

Transformation and Healing: The ultimate aim of hypnosis is transformation. By addressing and altering the subconscious patterns that drive behaviour, you can experience rapid and lasting changes. This can manifest as increased confidence, freedom from phobias or addictions, improved self-esteem, and overall mental and emotional well-being.

Reinforcement: Often, clients are given tools or exercises to reinforce the new beliefs and behaviours established during the session. This might include listening to recordings of the session, practising affirmations, or other techniques to strengthen the transformation.
My approach to hypnosis, especially through RTT, is designed to be fast and effective, often producing significant results in just one or two sessions.
How does hypnosis work?
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for accessing the subconscious mind to bring about profound and lasting change.
It works by guiding you into a deeply relaxed state where the conscious mind becomes less dominant, allowing direct access to the subconscious where deep-seated beliefs, memories, and behaviours are stored.
What does it feel like?
The experience varies from person to person. In hypnosis, some people feel a floating sensation, some people feel sleepy, but mostly, people feel deeply relaxed and at ease. At the end of the session, most people say that they feel ‘lighter’, have more clarity and confidence to embrace life experiences.
How long does it take?
A full RTT session takes between 75 – 90 mins. It is recommended that you give yourself an extra 15 mins should we need more time for your session.
